Centrally manage content
It is possible to make content available for multiple locations, which the managers can place in their broadcast themselves. It is also possible to place content in the broadcasts of multiple locations from the head office. This way you can be sure that this content is shown.
Connecting to external systems
Our software can be linked to APIs to read specific information, so that it can be shown in a broadcast. In this way we can link to room reference systems, Office365 agendas and also with public transport + NS.
Hotel room TV
Our software can be used excellently to develop a special broadcast for the TVs in the hotel rooms. Show useful hotel information here such as opening hours, the menu, facilities and rental possibilities.
Room reference
Many hotels use room referrals, but still present this manually by means of a handwritten sign at the reception. By using narrowcasting, this information can be presented automatically on a screen.
It is possible to enter and schedule the information manually, but an integration can also be made with a room referral system such as Shiji, Amadeus, IPDMS, VIPS or Office365. By using multiple screens at different locations in the hotel, guests can be guided effortlessly to the right room on the right floor. The possibilities are endless, depending on the wishes of the hotel!
Display at the hall
In addition to the room directions on the large displays in the hotel, these can also be shown on small displays next to the halls or meeting rooms. This way, guests can see immediately which room they need to be in.
The display can be fully formatted in the hotel’s corporate style. The standard layout of the display can include, for example, a date, time, availability and room name. The dynamic information can display the company name and logo, a description and the from/to time.
This content is automatically synchronized from the reservation software or our narrowcasting software. It appears automatically on the display in question and disappears when the meeting is over. This way the information is always up-to-date!

Manage all possibilities easily and quickly in a clear list, adjust the name and price and our software does the rest.
Welcome
When there is a special occasion in your hotel, you want to welcome these guests in a unique way. This module makes it possible to easily schedule a welcome. You fill in the name, description, date, time and then choose the right background that fits the occasion: wedding, reception, anniversary, birthday etc.
Dynamic content
Other fun content can be added to a broadcast, such as rain radar, traffic reports, weather forecasts, bus departure times, NS departure times, hotel or area videos, etc., all to make the regular broadcast a little more attractive.
