In the BOVAG head office, the BOVAGhuis, we were allowed to install our narrowcasting solutions in various places. The BOVAGhuis is both an office and a club building, where rooms can also be booked. The use of narrowcasting is extremely important here, with which the staff and visitors are informed.
The head office is located next to the A12, where passing motorists cannot miss the large LED display on the facade. This LED board is controlled by Canvastix, where our software can easily and quickly place catchy content.
Inside the office, narrowcasting is used at various tactical locations. Here, visitors are informed about BOVAG services and innovations, informative videos are played, the latest BOVAG news is shown, room references are presented and the history of BOVAG is told.
For the correct display of current information of the room references, we have established a link with AFAS. This way, after booking a room, the information is automatically presented on the screens at the desired date and time.

In the canteen, the staff is entertained with fun dynamic content, such as the weather, the latest general news, traffic reports and much more. Through our software, they can choose from numerous fun pages to add to this broadcast.
The hall of the BOVAGhuis was recently completely renovated, where our narrowcasting screens were positioned differently and more tactically. For example, three screens were placed in the sitting area, where general information and room references are shown and there are also two screens incorporated in the wall towards the meeting rooms. Here, the visitor is told about the history of the BOVAG with photos and videos.
This way, all employees and visitors are correctly informed with up-to-date information!
