Streamlined Organizational Structure for Fletcher Hotels
Fletcher Hotels uses a segmentation system into three hotel categories – Blue, Black, and Blue Wellness – in addition to various restaurant categories per location. Our software is specifically designed to reflect this structure, with each hotel linked to the appropriate segmentation. This makes it quick and easy to add relevant content, which is immediately visible in the respective hotels.
The hierarchy is clear: ‘Fletcher Hotels Head Office’ acts as the umbrella organization, with each individual hotel acting as its own sub-organization. This means that each hotel manager has access to their own hotel environment but can only publish content that has been approved or prepared in advance by the head office. The content varies by hotel segment (Black, Blue, Blue Wellness) and restaurant type, and also includes specific room directions for the available rooms. In addition, additional, practical information is displayed for each hotel, such as an informative hotel video, current weather, traffic information, and bus/train departure times.
Flexible Content Addition for Fletcher Hotels
Add content within the Fletcher Hotels environment in several ways, directly from the main level:
- Via a Category-Based Folder Structure
An intuitive folder structure has been created based on all hotel categories. When images or videos are added to these folders, they appear directly on the screens in the corresponding hotels. Users also have the option to schedule this content for specific times or dates. - With Ready-to-Use Templates
Various templates have been developed for the quick and easy creation of dynamic, animated pages. Users simply need to fill in the text fields and images; our software ensures that the content is automatically displayed in the Fletcher Hotels style. Users can select when and in which specific hotels or groups of hotels the content should appear, after which our software manages the distribution on the correct date/time and locations. - Hotel-Specific Content by Marketing
From the head office, the marketing department can log in to the environment for each individual hotel. Here they can add hotel-specific content, such as an offer that is only valid for that one hotel.

Efficiency and time savings are crucial in the hotel industry. That’s why our integrations with external systems offer tremendous added value to Fletcher Hotels’ daily operations. We’ve developed various integrations that streamline management:
- Shiji PMS
Shiji is a software package that is being rolled out across Fletcher. This software package is a management tool that registers everything in the hotel, from bookings, stocks to room reservations. We have created a link with Shiji and are now also an officially certified partner. This link ensures that all room references are automatically displayed from Shiji on the screens in the hotel, so this content is always up-to-date. - Marvia – under development
This software package is a tool that allows hotels to place marketing expressions on social media, their website and also the screens in their hotel. Content is prepared here from the head office and the hotel managers can then design and place it themselves. Marvia is linked to our API and this ensures that when a hotel manager chooses from Marvia to place the content on the screens, this is automatically done correctly by our software.
