This bakery, a long-standing fixture on Amsterdam’s bustling Damstraat, attracts countless tourists daily, enticed by its extensive selection. Our mission was to optimize the customer journey by presenting all the delicacies in a clear and enticing way.
To achieve this, we implemented smart digital solutions throughout the store. Above the sandwich display case, a stylish portrait-oriented digital screen now hangs, perfect for clearly displaying the selection of sandwiches. A large digital menu board, made up of three linked displays, catches the eye at the center of the store, attractively showcasing all the products. And to pique curiosity, a screen at the front of the store shows fascinating production videos, giving customers an exclusive glimpse behind the scenes.
The bakery’s broadcasts are cleverly timed to the time of day, ensuring the offerings are always relevant to the current customer flow. In the morning, sandwiches and pastries take center stage, while in the evening, the focus shifts to snacks and churros.
